Steve and Anna met at university, at an underground club with sweaty walls, flat beer and indie music. Steve liked Anna’s red boots, and Anna liked Steve’s floppy hair.
For their wedding, they decided to have their wedding ceremony at the at a Stourhead Wilshire Wedding. Long before I moved to England, I fell in love with the version of Pride and Prejudice that was shot on location at Stourhead. To be able to shoot a wedding in a location that I’ve long dreamed about was a total dream. I pretty much fell off my chair when they mentioned they picked Stourhead.
The gardens of Stourhead are like this small bubble of perfection. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve always felt relaxed and peaceful and completely away from the world. I loved seeing Stourhead this time with wedding guests arriving, walking along the lake towards the Pantheon.
After the wedding, all of the wedding guests had champagne on the lawn over looking the lake. As the wedding guests headed back towards their transport, Anna and Steve and I opted to spend some time on the Stourhead grounds doing photos.
They finished their wedding at the Moonraker Hotel near Bradford on Avon. The Moonraker hotel was a perfect for finishing off the wedding day. Anna and Steve’s wedding guests took over the whole hotel, and they had an incredible party to finish off the day.
