I absolutely loved shooting at Dunwood Hall Estate.  It’s still a family home, and you can feel the love and care that’s put into it by it’s owners.  The buildings history and style really makes it feel like a quirky gothic mansion.  But it’s not dark and depressing, theres beautiful colours everywhere and the windows are large enough to let light pour in.

From a photographers point of view, it’s a perfect venue.  There’s incredible frames everywhere, beveled glass, large windows, perfectly placed mirrors, interesting textures and beautiful colours.  It’s the perfect backdrop for shooting a wedding.  And I’m so glad Zoe and Eessa picked it for their wedding venue.

Thank you Zoe and Eessa for having me be apart of your incredible day.  Your wedding was so much fun to photograph, and both you and your family and friends were so lovely to get to know.

I know Dunwood Hall Estate only hosts a handful of weddings each year, so if you’re lucky enough to be able to nab a date at this venue… GO FOR IT.  I’ve had the pleasure of shooting at lot of venues across the UK in the last 15 years, and Dunwood Hall really takes the cake for me in terms of uniqueness and character.
