Charlotte and Tom’s Wedding at Old Luxter’s Barn

One of my favourite things about my job is the chance to get to know a family over the course of photographing wedding.  It’s even better when you get to know a family over the course of two weddings! A couple of years ago I had the pleasure of photographing Charlotte’s Sisters Wedding in Oxford.  It was one of my favourite weddings from that year and it was so amazing to see such a lovely family come together and celebrate.  Since then I’ve gotten to know James and Claire even better and it was such an honour be asked back to photograph another family celebration.

Charlotte and Tom have been together for longer than they’ve been apart.  They first met as teenagers and now are sealing the deal.  They wanted to have a relaxed wedding at the beautiful Old Luxter’s Barn.  The Barn feels quite relaxed and has a lovely little vineyard just below it.  We were treated with the most beautiful weather and the most fantastic light throughout the whole day, but the thing that made the wedding amazing was seeing such a fantastic group people come together and enjoy being a family.
