The first time I saw Royal Holloway University, I didn’t know what it was. But I was completely god-smacked that building that beautiful and impressive could just exist anywhere. It’s a truely stunning and breathtaking building. So when I received an email from Kent about photographing his wedding there, I knew I desperately wanted to photograph a wedding there.
Kent and Emily are from Japan, but they both have strong ties to the UK. Kent attended Royal Holloway University and Emily’s father is from England. When they decided they wanted to get married, they knew they wanted to have an English Wedding and a Japanese one as well.
The ceremony was a small Catholic blessing in Royal Holloway’s stunning chapel, followed by family pictures in the courtyard, afterwards we headed over to the Runnymeade on Thames for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
Thank you Kent and Emily for having me be apart of your wedding day!
