Below is my booking form, which will ensure I have all the correct details for you and your wedding day.  

Once I’ve received your booking form, I’ll send through your invoice and contract to secure your wedding date. You’ll receive a copy of the booking form via email, so you can make sure everything has gone through correctly. Just a note, some things may not apply to your wedding, so just skip any questions you need to.

It’s much easier to capture the essence of you both on your wedding day when I know more about you. I’ve included some fun, light-hearted questions on the bottom of this form to help me photograph you and provide an awesome service. .  

So, please sit down with a cup of tea/glass of something stronger and answer these questions about yourselves as a couple. I can’t wait to find out what makes you unique!
