Charlotte and Neil’s Spring Tipi Wedding on Oak Tree Farm

Charlotte and Neil met at an 80’s night club.  (Apparently 80’s night clubs are good places to meet your future partner, I’ve had several clients meet at the same club!)  They’ve been together for several years now, they’ve already purchased their first home together and now they are “sealing the deal” with their big spring tipi wedding.

They opted for a traditional Church service and the rest of the wedding day was held on the beautiful Oak Tree Farm in Buckinghamshire.  It’s based on a beautiful open field with a stunning old tree in the middle.   Next to the beautiful old oak tree, a big tipi was put up for the celebration.  Despite the warm spring we’ve been having, the day was still a quite chilly.   Fire’s were placed around, and with Charlottes amazing idea for s’mores guest gifts.

The flowers were really important to Charlotte, so she hired the amazing team at The Great Little Flower Company.  I’ve worked with Sarah and Victoria before, and their blooms are really stunning.  They did such a great job on transforming the tipi to a stunning spring meadow dream.  A large field full of green grass, blooming flowers, beautiful blue bridesmaids dresses and loads of bubbles and smiles, Charlotte’s meadow wedding came together perfectly.

It was a completely pleasure to get to know both Charlotte and Neil throughout the course of their wedding planning.  They were so relaxed throughout the course of the day, and you could really see they were enjoying everyone coming together in one place.  They are two very sweet people and I’m really glad to have met them.
