-Traveled to California (twice), Oregon, France, Spain (twice), Australia and Hong Kong.
-Took A LOT of photos!
-Had an AMAZING TIME
Several years ago, I was working a normal 9-5 job that I didn’t like. I dreamt of becoming a wedding photographer, but I vividly recall thinking “there’s no way in the world that it’s going to happen”. I just kept pushing myself to shoot more, take photos for friends, and do my best to keep trying at this photography thing in hopes to do something with it. Now, I still have to pinch myself that I am lucky enough to do this for a living and be in the rare group of people that truly love their job.
I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the amazing couples that invited me to be a part of their wedding days this year. Everyone one of you are amazing people. I’m so glad that I’ve gotten to know you and be a part of your life. You guys have made my job so easy by being awesome to work with and being so excited about your wedding days. It’s so easy to photography happy and joyous people when there are happy and joyous people in front of your camera.
Also, a huge thank you to the people who assisted and 2nd shoot for me this year… Dan, Bea, Matt, Terri, Aga, Shan, Marianne, Amber, Anja and Irene! And also, thanks to my husband who dealt with me being a work-a-holic for 8 months this year.

Holy Shitballs Kari! I havent looked at your work for a while now, but dude. Seriously you have upped your game so much this year. If I saw this work along side people like Ed Peers, or Jeff Newsom, I would struggle to tell the difference. I am also super jealous of your editing, it is beautiful! Please share your secrets with me!

Are you available for a wedding 20/05/2017? We would be interested in a second shooter, engagement shoot and someone who can be there from the preparations until the end, or at least into the dancing.
